• Observe takeoff, show, and landing; watch for anomalies and communicate to the pilot
• Log any defective or non-functioning units
• Pack up drones in the correct order after the show

• Costume Characters must be 14+ years old
• Entertainment Technicians must be 16+ years old
• All entertainment applicants, including Costume Characters, and Technicians, must attend an Audition.
• Entertain Guests of all ages

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must be an Indiana Certified EMT or NREMT
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to remain calm and keep composure during stressful situations
• Ability to uphold confidentiality standards of HIPAA Law
• Provide Emergency and non-emergency assistance in a professional manner to Guests and Team Members as needed

• Foods Cashier, Drink Stations, or Catering must be 14+ years old
• Foods Kitchen must be 16+ years old
• Accurately follow payment handling procedures and food processes/recipes
• Safely prepare and handle food

• Identify and report any emergent maintenance needs
• Adhere to SOPs and other work procedures as required to properly perform tasks
• Assist Front Desk Staff as needed

• Ensure building and resident safety
• Assist residents with check-in/check-out upon arrival & departure
• Process sensitive information while practicing confidentiality
• Respond to and report emergencies
• Manage, accept, and distribute resident mail/packages
• Oversee visitors and monitor entry to facilities
• Assist with resident engagement events

• Must be 18+ years old
• Set up seasonal applicants for interviews
• Interview and onboard seasonal candidates
• Process personnel records and new-hire paperwork in a timely manner
• Help plan and assist with employee surveys, events, and luncheons
• Compile statistical reports and tracking
• Processing of HoliPoints, Holiday Hero Awards, and Recognition tracking programs
• Help plan and actively participate in company events such as recruiting, orientation, Ride Nights, and special events (ice cream day!)
• Maintain discipline, appearance, and performance standards of seasonal and full-time employees

• Internships will require at least a 32-hour week with a minimum of 250 total hours worked
• Internships must align with student’s degree track
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Multiple departments to choose from!

• Must be 18+ years old with valid driver’s license to operate mowers
• Operate equipment such as weed eaters, leaf blowers, walk-behind mowers, zero-turn mowers, and other handheld tools

• Must be 15+ years old
• See and hear attractions/riders/participants to identify concerns & respond as trained
• Monitor water areas

• Must be 18+ years old
• Work safely and comply with all safety regulations
• Lubricate rides
• Inspect trams
• Maintain vehicles such as golf carts, Gators, and trucks

(Building & Facilities)

• Thoroughly clean gift shops, lunchrooms, restrooms, and other designated areas before the park opens

• Pick up litter and debris to ensure park is ready for Guests
• Be able to use water hoses to clean walkways

• Interact and assist Guests with questions as they enter the park
• Rent out lockers, wagons, strollers, electric scooters, and wheelchairs

• Stock, organize, and sell merchandise
• Accurately follow payment handling procedures

• Enforce ride rules and restrictions to all riders
• Operate rides in a safe and efficient manner

• Must be 14+ years old for Parking
• Must be 16+ years old for Bag Check, Dispatch, or Gate Security
• Must be 18+ years old for Patrol
• Patrol and monitor company grounds
• Assist at bag check area and parking
• Make a great first impression on our Guests

• Must be 16+ years old
• Enforce all safety rules and follow all policies and procedures as trained
• Assist Guests entering and exiting attractions

• Must be 14+ years old
• Clean walkways, ride queues, restrooms, and smoking areas
• Pick up litter throughout the park

• Must be 21+ years old
• Must be CDL-certified
• Able to drive over state lines
• Safely transport riders from predetermined locations

• Must be 16+ years old
• Operation of equipment including: fork lift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Unloading stock from vendor’s semi-trucks and rotating it into the warehouse
• Working with departments to deliver and rotate stock within the park

• Check chemical feeder levels and test water from attractions to ensure proper water quality is maintained
