Manage the day-to-day operation, scheduling, and performance of the Resort Lodging.
Responsible for supporting the overall resort performance, including P&L, of various operating departments including, Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Laundry.
Lead team to ensure an effective and efficient preventative maintenance program is in place for all company buildings, refrigeration equipment, heating & cooling systems, and food & beverage equipment by developing and following an annual schedule/plan
Develop and maintain life cycle management for all HVAC and foods equipment
Manage an effective response when there is an urgent need for an equipment failure
